I've got the same 1GB SD card that I had in the 6MP camera, and I took some shots with the new camera, and there's a noticeable difference between them.

Also, I am shocked to see I can take 725 pics on 1 GB memory. My old one said 600 or so, but this one has 32MB internal memory, so that might be the difference. I think my old one had 12 or something.
