Wanting to Emulate Shining Force 3...

And I don't even know where to start. With other systems (even PSX) it was pretty easy to find the games and the best emulators. But for Sega Saturn I don't have a clue.....here's my specs:

HP Pavilion ze5600
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.80 GHz
with 384 MB of RAM
Video: Radeon (not sure on model number)
Sound: Conexant AC-Link Audio

So I was wondering, which Sega Saturn Emulator would work best for my computer, and where should I go to download Shining Force 3 for that emulator? (or what should I google search for that matter)

P.S. Shining Force 3 is the number one reason I want to emulate, so the choices please choose with that in mind.

Oh, one last thing, could anyone who helps please tell me which version(s) of Emulator/plugins/bios/game etc. to use?

(I'm basically a know-nothing when it comes to Saturn emulation)

Cassini needs no setup, it ran the game for me with minimal graphical glitches.

I don't know about SSF since my CPU doesn't do SSE2 for SSF emulator but everybody says it runs it fine

some can, some can't. The specific build of the Celeron needs to be mentioned

Intel Celeron D (2.53 - 3.46 GHz ) --- I've got this, 3.06GHZ version, LGA775 socket. Does not run well with SSF at all, although it has SSE2 it is crappy. PD I get about 2-4FPS, RSG I get about 15FPS max.
