It would do the same as an Xbox 360.

Dude, you can't get Nintendo gams on PC.

I'm no Fanboy, but I've supportd Nintendo since I was 8 years old.

Well, I always had a "SEGA bleh" frame of mind -- now see what the DC did to me? Too much awesome, if you ask me...

    OK. Sony bleh. What else?

I meant they've been shit since after the SNES. Their systems started deteriorating, I mean where's Final Fantasy now? On the shit station. \o/

Ha, as if the FF were the beginning and the end of the VG industry.. there's life beyond FF and Nintendo is a good example, they lost the franchise and they are still there, more than alive.

And it's Playstation, learn to spell it right already. kids these days...

Nintendo managed to make things awkward for itself all the time and get away with it.
N64 controller designed for three hands? Fine. Gamecube being weaker than the other systems and using tiny little discs that prevent the system from playing DVD's like everyone else and not having nearly the kind of third party support it's competitors have? Meh, who cares? Wii remote making you exersize to play your games, complete with a breakable strap? Pff, no biggie! w00t Nintendo!
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

Am I the only one who liked the N64 controller?

    No,
    I liked it too.

It was good for what it was,
which brings up the conspiracy factor.

64 games were made to make you buy more controllers/

spinning bowser on mario 64 and stuff like that killed the analog sticks fast.

You two must have three hands.

I've mentioned several times that I liked the thing. One person able to play 2 player Waverace FTW

As for the real topic, I can't say I care for a pirate only chip. I don't really get systems modded for bootleg games, I still buy half everything even on consoles I have modded I mostly want chips to play games I couldn't play otherwise, so translated games, imports, betas or whatever. Of course even if the mod could do all that I still wouldn't need it, because there's nothing good like that out there yet

Yeah, on topic, I don't like the pirating for newer consoles, like Xbox360/Wii/PS3, because I like supporting them (not so much MS and Sony, though). As Ragnar said before, besides my Xbox, I just like to play imports and translated games.

I agree with Sprung. If it takes 2 days to download a DVD game, imagine how long it will take for a Bluray. $35 for a blockbuster/hollywood video membership is looking to be the best choice for backing up your game collection.

I think you misread the point. It take takes 50 hours to make your own image from an original disc. So unless a better method is found, rent & rip is dead for the Wii.

Blockbuster has free membership. Or at least they did when I got a membership.

Normal membership is free, I assume he means that Blockbuster Total Access unlimited online rental stuff. But that's $20 a month
