Beat the main Morrowind quest. The ending levels and events were pretty cool, though I wish Dagoth Ur was stronger. His attacks did plenty of damage, no doubt, but he didn't last long under my Daedric Wakasashi enchanted to do 55 points of frost damage per hit. 
I had to consult a guide to figure out how to get to Tribunal. 
Bethesda FTL for not thinking that a player might install Tribunal before beating the main quest, thus not getting the significance of the assassins that attack you occasionally when you sleep. I myself assumed Uriel Septim was sending them at me cause he thought I went rougue or something (and well, I kinda did, after all ), and ignored them.
10 minutes after reaching Mournhold, which was nowhere near as big and shiny and urban and impressive and kewl as I was expecting a capital city kept up by a God-in-residence, I was killed by a guy because I complimented his armor. 
Fucking Bethesda.
