Do we get some kind of psychoanalysis or something? I'd really like to know what's in the window.

You know that hemisphere that controlls reading is not the hemisphere that controlls dreaming, so you can't actually read in a dream....
    No...

Do you have some "hard" evidence of that? (the not being able to read in dreams)

Sprung, do you remember when this particular dream started? I'm betting it has to do with your current situation (kids, wench, etc).

    Thank you, Zephyr.

Oh God no. It's been going on for years. I'd guess probably 20 years....at least 15.

It's freaky. I start having the dream, and I think: "Shit. Not this one again". And then it starts.

A fast look would yield me to assume you feel stuck between two choices. You see the choices, but not their outcome.

I could go on, but not knowing enough about you would just mean that I'd go on every possible tangent you can and cannot imagine.

Hmm. I suppose that is plauseable. I'd think after 20 years, I'd have made that choice by now.

I dunno...the whole thing just kinda creeps me out. There's something seriously wrong in that dream, and I have never figured out what it is.

    hmm.....this is some scary talk
i also had a dream where i was still woke in my room when i was younger and my father was coming up the stairs slowly and it looked like a b & w movie. i can still hear the footsteps. i kept trying to get into my bed but for some reason i kept slipping off of the other side. my father came to my room and stopped at the door. Everything was silent for a few seconds then he burst into my room at an inhuman rate (like fast-forward) with a large club raised looking like a wild man.....scary thing was, there was no sound at that point (when he entered the door or soared over to me

I'd think that after almost 4 years after being off of school duties ( ), I'd have stopped worrying about exams.

You want to talk about seriously wrong? I had a dream long ago. A very personal one that I remember quite clearly. It was extremely painful too.

I've never heard this, and even if that were true (even though dreaming activates systems across both hemispheres), the two hemispheres are still connected. Oddly enough, I can't seem to remember the name of the structure that connects the two hemispheres, which is quite...frustrating.

Ze vindow represents ze outlook on life and your contact vith other people een your life, az vell az being a view to ze outer vorld. Ze light reprezentz ze knowledge, ze ability to zee, understand, and know vhere you are and vhere you are goink. Ze dark area you are een eez ze ignorance, vhich you zeek to escape. Ze colour blue, zat colour of ze vires you vish to escape by vay of, iz ze representation of ze mind and ze intuition, zat you believe you can escape through following zese innermost feelings you have. Eet also represents religious feelings, just az ze number zix eez ze harmony betveen God und Man, as vell az unity of ze spirit und ze body. Eight eez ze number of death and rebirth, of recreation and regeneration as well as destruction and loss. Your movement, the trouble you have in moving in one direction suggests you're being held back, or holding yourself back somehow, perhaps out of anxieties or fears. The fact that you're always fixed on that window suggests you desire that, though that goes almost without saying. And the item on the wire that you're unsure exists? Buggered if I know. Oh, my, the accent slipped halfway through. Ah, vell, it's nothing important; I just cribbed everything from here, anyways. I'm just glad I found a reason to keep that bookmark around. It must have been sitting in there for years.

Oh, and dream analysis is bunk. But it's fun bunk. Kinda like Tarot cards or starsign astrology (Chinese and Western).
