    I just had an excellent experience with HP's online chat with tech support for my printer. (It would print pictures, but text documents sent out a blank page)

    Turns out the 1/2 full black cartridge was either dried up or clogged, and prevented text from being printed. Removing the Photo and Black cartridges and printing only with the tri-color resulted in a perfectly printed text document.

    I have always heard bad things about HP, and this printer was given to me, so I expected nothing, but instead, I was served well by the technician Daniel.

    You won't catch me talking bad about HP anymore

    I basically work for HP, for all intents and purposes.

    I thought you did

    I have a renewed faith in the HP product. I figured they'd tell me to piss off when I told them it was not purchased by me.

    Good tech support is pretty rare (not that I’ve used it in years). HP computers still seem kinda…umm…what’s the word…low-class? Don’t hurt me. :x

    Edit: Damn smilies. I hate them. ;_;

    HP don't they also out-source their tech support to a call center in India. I could be thinking of Linksys, I had to call both in one day. Man that day went slow too.
