The program is quite godly, apart from the audio part. Lets you do all sorts of things with games using the Infinity Engine. Someone should definitely write a new thing to handle the audio, though.

I've had some problems with that, too. Sometimes it asks you whether you want to overwrite a file when there shouldn't even be one named that way. If you choose yes, it screws the file up. If you choose no, it deletes it. So alt-tab out of it and copy it to another directory. Worked for me. You could try Infinity Explorer, if it has similar functionality. Haven't tried it myself.
