Heh, has anyone heard about this Internet war between ebaumsworld and ytmnd?

Ok, for those of you who don't know, http://ebaumsworld.com is a website that is supposed to be entertaining. It is run by eric bauman, a fellow who takes any fad that gets even the slightest popularity, puts his watermark in the corner of it, and posts it on his site. This is not only dishonest and unoriginal, but also illegal as he has done it on some copywrited stuff. He has a bull**** team of lawyers who covers his ass over anything that comes at him though.A while ago, he stole original material from http://somethingawful.com and when he was asked to remove the material, he refused. After that, an administrator ebaum put 3 lines of malicious code in every ebaumsworld page that would leech bandwidth from somethingawful. Lately, he has blatantly stolen a popular ytmnd, http://lohanfacial.ytmnd.com , and slapped his watermark on it. This has YTMND in an uproar, and, I'm not telling you to do ANYTHING, but if this bugs you check the top rated YTMND if you catch my drift.

Anyways, Summary:

Reasons to hate eBaum
Steals copyrighted material
DDoS attacked SA
Stole a YTMND
Has a big nose

This is old news. In fact, it's as old as his site, or almost.

I used to go there, but ever since I noticed that all his stuff was coming from other sites I already had visited, I just stopped.

i'm glad posting ebaum links here isn't tolerated. one of the forums i go to has a member thats constantly fucking posting ebaums links he finds funny. and its all ok with the mods there cuz that forum basically has no rules.

My main internet broswer I use is Firefox. I use Internet explorer very sparingly so I have no use for a useful homepage so I made that one my homepage on IE about 2 months ago.

Sadly nothing will ever be really done about Ebaumsworld's blatent stealing as the guy makes enough money to make your head spin. The only thing that you can do is not go to his site ever.
