Someone gave me a 7200 RPM 250GB Hitachi Deskstar hard drive with SATA interface, the only thing wrong with it some of the pins are bent. So i'm bending them back to normal, I dunno why though it just donned on me that I don't have SATA interface on my mobo.. eh oh well.
