I haven't changed mine either, since the one I posted on the first page. Just add a Civ IV icon and an ATRus icon (HoI2 mod) to the Quickbar and change the date, and you have my present display. I might change it soon, though, since a couple months seems a bit much for any wallpaper relative to my usual changes. We'll see.

EDIT: Wonder if anyone will notice this. Probably not until someone comes in to add their own new one a couple months down the line.
