alot of heads don't give snk the credit it deserves. they designed an arcade board that lasted 12 years and is still getting regular play! and fighting games woulda died awhile back if it werent for the compatition between capcom and snk. well we still have rage of dragons and kof2k2 to look forward too, after that........i dunno.

personally i think snk sucked. They had to many series to keep up with. Capcom sucks as well but I guess they were more popular than Snk. I hate em all except for Megaman.

SHadow X: garou and fatal fury are the same series. and I agree with jimmy, variaty is the spice of life. and besides, video game companies (exspecialy arcade companies) make more money with more series. the arcade would be pretty bare if each company only made one game.

You're right it would be boring if the companies only made one game. I'm saying that I have hard time keeping up with all of the games. There is nothing wrong with them, it's just that i cant keep up with all of them.

I never really got into the Snk thing anyway. The only people i like were Kyo, terry, iori, and ryo.

He's gotta point, it's sorta hard to get the feel for the snk peeps
mainly beacuz it focuses on characters that are the badass ideals of the Eastern crowd. it's main focus is tha eastern crowd.
But nonethe less that doesn't make em any less cooler ..

my favourite RPG for the SNES was Earthbound, no competition. Earthbound inspired me to name my red penguin Poo. I mean, the characters were so cool...the bubblegum monkey, Gygas, Pokey (the evil bastard!), Mr. T...

my second favourite RPG was Super Mario RPG. Because Mario was cool. And Mallow thought he was a frog (the dumb bastard!). And the princess used a frying pan, which reminded me of Earthbound. And i got it on sale...

I personally didn't like NiGHTS. At all.

I absolutely love E.V.O. (who the hell thought that E.V.O was warez again?). I like making butt-ugly animals rule the world.

My favourite game that i'm playing right now is Munch's Oddysee. Munch and Abe are the coolest duo, and farting in Munch's face is so funny...

Munch: "Hello, Abe"
Abe: "There's my buddy"
Abe farts
Munch: "Damn, dude!"
Munch burps
Abe: "Dude, what's up with that?"

I also liked the fact that if i got bored or frustrated i could pick up Munch and chuck him into pits or enemy nests...haha, so damn funny..."Ohhh, i'm dead!"

I also have Halo, which rocks. But it's not as funny as Munch's Oddysee...heh.

It wasn't that they thought EVO was warez, it's that I mentioned I was downloading FF7 PC version. When only downloading PSX warez is allowed. Silly me.
