Am happy today. Just generally. Got to talk to MasJ for a long time and spent lots of time with me mum and got cleaned up and got a haircut so feeling nice.

Finishing my homework early for once (final paper for a seminar; the only graded assignment, so it'll make or break everything). And, as an extra plus, while looking into the first journal articles published on the Angel Wings, I found out that they were done at this university's Department of Medicine, and the person in charge is still an associate professor here (Gladwin Das). That gave me a warm fuzzy.

Last night, I did some stuff.

I got my cell phone. It's an LG PM-325 blue slider with Bluetooth capabilities. Has a camera and all that shit. It isn't bad at all.

Also, Lisa and I went on a little date. We drove around for an hour or so--gas prices be damned--and we went to the movies. I bought the tickets and we watched the 10:15PM showing of Aeon Flux (It wasn't half bad. Thank you Charlize Theron). Lisa couldn't stay awake no matter what I tried while we were there. Ten hours of being on your feet will do that to you.
After the movie, we went to her brother Danny's house. We smoked a little herb and chilled for a few hours. We got there at around 12:55Am and left at a little after 2:15AM. I have to say, whatever Melissa had us smoking, that shit hit me faster and harder than anything I had smoked before. Nice shit. I got home when my high was going away but I couldn't stay awake. So here I am, a day late.

Also, I'm going to her house to spend the night tonight. If any of you can beat this pos.vibe, congratulations.
