I imagine the Islands selection would be about the same as here in Vancouver. So try checking out Value Village, they have them sitting around every other time I go there. Although they part them out and charge you for each part, so you sometimes can't find every part you need :\ But you should be able to get a system/controller/powerpak for under $20

Kingdom under fire HEROES.

Good game, though repetative and controling multiple troop battalions in real time is annoying. It's nice to fight in and control large wars in real time though.
