Damn. I don't have my PS2 online, It's to old and broken. I get the disc read error alot.

Though I would buy a new one and hook it up to the internet for the chance to go hunting for dragons with you.

After finishing the game once, at the menu title screen, hold the R button and hold the Left button on the D-pad, then press the B button. A new option will appear on the right called 'Send''. This option then allows you to view the Bronze, Silver, or Gold code for that completed game for you to transfer onto the sequel. You may change the names of the original 4 characters once you started a new GS2 game with the old data.

I have started golden sun 2 now. The code thing worked, except that it didn't work when I pushed the B button. I had to press START

It's worth it very much. IMHO it has a great ending, like FF Tactics or Tactics Ogre.
I hope to be playing (or rather, playtesting/bugfixing) the game I'm currently working on as homework. It's fun to code something that actually feels somewhat 'complete'.
