Default PS2 HD Question regarding psx titles

I have my ps2 set up with a hard drive and use HD Advance to load ps2 games onto the hard drive. My question is does anyone know of anyway to store psx games onto the hard drive? I pretty much use my ps2 only for all the old psx titles like ffvii, vandal hearts, xenogears, tactics, etc. any help or knowledge would be killer.

Well, you might be able to store them on it, but forget about playing them.
    Greatly enjoyed Monster Hunter
    Happily playing Guild Wars
Sorely disappointed with Star Ocean 3
