Look at the poll results, we have quite a few "no"s from males and females, and they have had good reasons for declining. That does not mean they are abnormal.

Plus, I don't see what being horny would have to do with women saying yes. If all the women had sex with anonymous people when they were horny, we'd all be getting a lot more sex than we are now men.

You seem to be saying that everyone is obsessed with sex and would take the offer regardless of who they are, the situation, or their gender.

Complete agreement. I don't see the point of it, but that's just me. As far as I'm concerned, if you're emotionally investing that little in the encounter, you're pretty much just mutually masturbating anyway, so why not just have a quiet night in?

Yeah, since when did being a romantic become a bad thing in the eyes of society? I mean, some things that were done in the name of romance WERE pretty creepy, Shakespeare dedicating four years of his life to a woman he passed on the street only ONCE and never saw again is a good example. But now, just writing a normal letter is considered creepy and stalker-ish.

Right. Just wanted to find out if sex is the primary thing on one's mind. Men specifically, but it'll be cool if Schutz and Xena (and Samura) can reply too. Was talking to a friend about this (you know who you are) and I refuse to believe that if someone moderately hot came up to you and asked you to come by her/his room that very moment, people would actually willingly go. PantyMan, is an exception:p, but that apart, if people can just be honest and answer this.

Well, you asked for possible definitions to normal... That's a POSSIBLE definition, I suppose.

But, normal to me is the socially accepted value-set. So I think we're assuming everyman. No particularly morbid bad habits, no overly psychopathic tendencies, just run of the mill Joe or Joanne or Stanislav or Xiao or Josef Average.

Someone also mentioned the above scenario with reference to Ashanti. Now, I wouldn't class Ashanti as a stranger, owing to the fact that while I don't know her, I know of her.

With regards to the fat chick scenario, too many factors depend. Mostly the whole love and romance thing. I don't think I would particularly NOT have sex with a fat chick, if that helps.

Since I am almost 2 meters tall and have 66kgs(145lbs) even a normal chick is quite fat for me. I don't think that they are ugly, but it makes me think I am inferior in bed. No offense fat chicks!
