Complete agreement. I don't see the point of it, but that's just me. As far as I'm concerned, if you're emotionally investing that little in the encounter, you're pretty much just mutually masturbating anyway, so why not just have a quiet night in?
I don't think this is at all a useless thread. I think it's quite interesting. Besides, it gave me the chance to say 'mutual masturbation,' which will keep me entertained for quite some time.
Yeah, since when did being a romantic become a bad thing in the eyes of society? I mean, some things that were done in the name of romance WERE pretty creepy, Shakespeare dedicating four years of his life to a woman he passed on the street only ONCE and never saw again is a good example. But now, just writing a normal letter is considered creepy and stalker-ish.
Normal freaks just eMail girls. What can I say? eMail is impersonal and impermanent. Not to mention, there is much less context implicit in an eMail.
