The red squiggly lines looks like tentacles to me (just not very thick so its probably hard to see). It doesn't really look that marble-like to me. Maybe ease up on the lines and stuff.

Hmmm, while we're here discussing it anyways, which of these signatures I made has the better marble background? Part of the delay in making this new one was trying to figure out which background to use, after all, so it seems that if people are asking, I may as well ask opinions in return.
Kami no Tenshi - One of my first signatures, and I'm still a bit partial to it, considering how much I use it now and again.
Suki (Heart to Heart) - A later signature made for Valentines Day earlier this year, and a completely different method to make the background.
Or, for that matter, my third and present signature (Meeting), which used a base similar to the second, but softening methods drawn directly from the first (blurs, irregular white overlay...everything except the ripple effect). I'm not really familiar with what marble is supposed to look like, but I like the effects on all three. Even so, that doesn't mean they're close to the real thing...

The last one is not bad, there's something reminding me of marble, but I couldn't tell you wanted a marble background for the first 2.
