It's worth buying in my opinion. A couple of the tracks are cut short and have commentary in some places, but it's a brilliant DVD overall and you learn quite a lot about the band as a whole. I don't think you'll be disappointed with it.

A couple of my friends have seen it and said that it was pretty good.

Nine Black Alps- it's a good 5 song cd, worth the six bucks i spent on it
The Pale Pacific- "Urgency"- surprisingly good to listen to also.
The Decemberists- "The Tain"- for $10, an 18 minute song better be worth it. i'm still undecided on this one, though part 2 of the song is good.

I bought the Open, Parachute! demo at a local show the other night. It's good. Really, really good.

Sideways it's a wide and papable turn / Upright, there's teenager girls / Use the sky to scar their wrists / Stumble drunken from this trip

Cuz buying CD's is just lame.

Wow, I would have never bought a single one of those CD's, lad. Omg, your purchases were so bad that I just feel obliged to give you good rep.

I think I already posted it but... I bought Wormed's "Planesphaerium". That's like... the 3rd or 4th CD I've ever bought.

Most of those were really cheap, so I figured "if I don't like it, fuck it." I'm not very big on the Social Code CD... but, once again, it cost me like... $4CAD, so it's not the biggest loss in the world. Heehee.

I'm actually looking around right now for the first Cauterize CD. Because I'm awesome like that. We'll see if I find it.

+++++1. Did you get the Sirius B/Lemuria double album or just Sirius B? Get Lemuria too, man.

I saw them live a few years ago and wasn't too impressed. Are their albums any good? I know some bands just don't sound good live while their cds may kick ass.

I really like them, but it really depends on what kind of music you listen to. They're very much a pop-punk band, and a lot of people who are really into music don't like it that much.

Also, a few years ago would have been about the time they released their first CD, so who knows how long they had been together at that point. Maybe they were still working on stage presense.

I want to see a Cauterize concert, but they haven't popped out here in a while now.
