I have never heard of anyone having problems running a gameboy emulator at full speed. Maybe he downloaded a virus instead lol. If you can play computer games like Halo, Unreal, or any of the new games then some little VBA emulator should give you no problems. Just delete VBA folder, get a new one, scan your computer for registry problems/viruses/trojans/spyware/adware/vulnerabilities/etc.
