If they even had the time to teach this to a cop @the Academy, it would go like this:
1) Turn on computer
2) Wait for computer to display Windows XP logo
3) Wait for start up music (imagine the generic Windows theme...)
4) Wait 60-90 seconds for bottom left-right corner of screen to display icons
5) Click Start button
6) Click Search
7) Click All Files and Folders
8) Type in *.jpg, *.gif
9) Hit ENTER key or click Search button
10) View dirty pictures
