Ok, I'm making an Excel spreadsheet to show what I have done. So far, MasJ is done, except I need A midi File of the Mario Theme Music. I have some other characters planned. Can someone help Mafia out wiht setting up an FTP? He's volunteered his computer for hosting.
Cookie: When the FTP is up, I'm gonna need to get some of the characters and stages you have, if that's ok.

BTW, MasJ has a move that does a 43 hit combo! YIKES! Almost full damage too! It takes up three levels of power meter though. Scary move though. FEAR MASJ!

The bigest screenpack I've seen is for 100 chars so this may be the limit for our game
If I have time this weekend maybe I'll e-mail you a list of the stuff I have
But be careful cos if you are gonna modify some existing char you need the allow of their creators...and I don't know who are the owners of most of my chars
I was just thinking maybe for the char. select avatars we could use personal pics. or our avatars on the board. what do you think XKR?
and hey where's panik? I'm sure he could whip up the health and super bars pretty quick.
I wish I could be more help in actually making things but I am talenless when it comes to pc graphics, sound, and code....

Cookie: The character files them selves have the author name in em. However, I'll just be changeing the display name of them, and leaving the author name alone, so people will still know who the char is made by. Sounds good for the list.
Sickboy: We can't edit the graphics like that without contacting the author of the char. Good idea though
Vinni: Mugen doesn't come with it, but all the editing stuff is readily available.
Spyderbyte: I found a spiderman char, but it's not very good, I'm gonna keep looking.

I think that not all the chars files have the creator's name and anyway I mean that would be very difficult to obtain their allows...
And don't search for a Spiderman char, I have 2 , one of them very good

So how exactly do I get this to work?This is from MUGEN's site.
Get the bzipped tar file for easy installation under X Windows. This will not work under Windows95, WindowsNT, Windows98, WindowsME, Windows2000 or WindowsXP.

Yeah. As soon as Mafia's FTP is up, I'll give everyone the version I have. It'll work better that way.

Hey XKR, are you gonna include in the game the extremely powerful chars existing in the web?
You know there are someones almost unbeatable...I think it's not a good idea...
Btw can you make a list of your stuff too and e-mail me to compare with mine (to avoid the double upload in Mafia?s FTP)?
Um....the only OS I have access to are Windows ME, and Windows 98.....so does that mean I cant get Mugen? Cuz if thats true....that really sucks.

When it does get loaded let me know what i can do to help. I have about 30 characters. I could get in touch with the creators to get their permission for using the characters. I just want to help but if you have a spot open could you please put me in the game. I also have some fight music to use!
