I don't smoke, quite simply, neither tobacco nor marijuana. Simply, I just don't see the point in light of the medical considerations already mentioned above. Besides, my friends and sister smoke tobacco quite a bit, at least a pack a day in some cases, so I probably get enough second-hand smoke to coat my lungs in a nice deep layer of tar anyways, free of charge.

jeez, if only my dad read all this bad stuff about smoking, maybe he'd quit...he's 58 years old and has been smoking since he was 13. That's bad...I'm surprised he hasn't caught lung cancer yet. i read a newspaper article a while back about a kid that went to school here in town that caught lung cancer in only a few months of smoking cigarettes(low immune system). he died a year and a half later...very, very sad...

My father passed from lung cancer at age 54, he began smoking at age 14. Your father is VERY lucky to not have any severe health issues as of yet. If you care about him I suggest doing everything you can to get him to stop, like getting family members and friends to convince him. Take him to a doctor, show him how much money he's spending a year on cigs, or anything before it's too late. Unfortunately, I never knew the severity of my father's condition until he already became ill with cancer, but you're still in time to help him out.

Like me? Seriously though, Cancer is cool. It makes a man out of you. Look at Akuma and myself. See how obviously manly we are? Cain is rather manly too. And he smoked up until today. So the pros are obvious. The cons are really rad too.

If your idea of being cool includes a deterioration of your lifestyle to that of a weakling, the unpleasant side-effects of chemotherapy, outrageous hairloss-inducing medical bills, and unbearable suffering both on your part and on your friends and family members, then by all means continue smoking. People smoke and do drugs for the same reason people drink. Some abuse it, others like me use it sometimes to relax and have a bit of fun. Diffrent strokes for diffrent folks...

You're right...it is VERY severe, but my dad is too addicted...surveys say that cigarettes are more addictive than Heroine! I got my dad to read your message but i still dont think that's gonna be enough to get him to quit. I've already went over the money spent on cigarettes with him time after time, but that doesn't seem to bother him. it's gonna be too late if he gets lung cancer and then there's no turning back. My dad smoking pot doesn't really help him either...I'd rather my dad smoke weed than cigarettes any day(smells better anyway)...I hope while i'm in the NAVY i dont get a letter from my father saying he's gotten ill because of cigarettes, that'd break my heart...

You're lucky...i wouldn't dare put any pot plants in my backyard. I live in the middle of the ghetto! If i didn't get caught by the police, they'd definitely get stolen as soon as they got big enough to trim.

I found out something about my plants today. My dad told me that the remains of the plants are still there, meaning that they weren't stolen, termites got them. Those anys must've been pretty f*cked up by time they finished eatin those...hahahaha

you shouldn't smoke a black and mild in one smoke anyway. You smoke about a third of it at a time, otherwise, it's like smoking ten cigarettes!
