http://www.newgrounds.com -- I'm pretty sure it's been suggested to you before. I know the site has that particular flash on it, as well as a butt-load (Yes, a buttload!) of similar flash games. It's a veritable cornucopia of flashy goodness. Indeed.

That game is from Mohsye.com. Cat-a-pult 3D, I believe. But yeah, Newgrounds is crazy goodness when it comes to Flash animation, and there is a veritable database of humor swimming around on the net...
