What happen if I don't activate my windows?

I left 5 more days to activate my windows xp, and what will happen if I don't activate it after 5 days? I can't activate it because I don't have the cd cover, and I have no clue how to get one. So I'm curious what if I not going to activate it??

You don't need the cd cover to activate it... Also if you don't activate it your computer will be locked, with your files inside.

Beside, we know you have a pirate version of windows xp, as the liscence is not on the cd cover.

Yes, or you can always change your current cd key with some utility, for one that you bought.
