i would just get a north american psp if you live here. they are pretty much the same. i think they might already have version 2.0 but we should have gotten that a couple of days ago if im not mistaken.
Don't get a PSP, period. Waste of money.

As for the question if your in europe or another country it hasn't been released in you should just wait for your domestic release so you can play the movies and other region locked discs that will be available in your area. The games are region free btw. If your in the North America there is no real reason to import.
I wasn't trying to force my opinion on anybody. Doi.
A psp really isnt a waste. If you have enough money to fork to get a psp and a MS then damn the psp is a really fun toy to play with. I mean the emulation on it is awesome in itselfs. But with other cool toys like movies, music, and iso loaders. Im not saying jump and grab a psp because i love my GBA as well i mean if u want a new toy to play with grab one.
Ok... So far I have heard buy it for the Emu's and the Music/Movies/other stuff...
But I have yet to hear anyone say buy it for the games....
It's a Gameing machine first and formost. If you like the games it has buy it.
Otherwise save your money till later.
it has a lot of great games on it my favorites are
Wipeout Pure - best in the series IMO. If you have a wireless online connection you can get updated content every other month or so featuring new tracks and vehicles.
Ridge Racer - combines tons of old tracks into one great racer that look gorgeous.
Untold Legends - nice hack and slash RPG from SOE
Twisted Metal Head-On - Basically a direct sequel to Twisted Metal 2. Lots of great fun espeacially if you can connect to the internet and play online.
Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix - They fit pretty much the whole console version into portable format PLUS added 4 new levels. Great fun if you like the hawk series.
Lumines - Very fun and addictive puzzle game in the same vein as Tetris.

well theres definitely Metal Gear Acid........yes i know many hate it but im a total strategy game nut.
Darkstalkers cuz its an awesome fighting game
and Ridge Racer and Wipeout are effing awesome as well.
so thats my two cents on the video games. oh and Popolocrois looks really awesome too (i cant wait til it comes out!!!!!)
If your playing the psp in a car and you hit a bump or somthing, does it jump, like skip or wateva
That's nice and good, but Good is an Opinion... Let me just say none of those games appeal to me...Originally Posted by kryptin
