Behind Space '99 sucked. So did the '99 version of "Clad in Shadows". It's like, they toned down the technicality and precision and just got lazy on those 2 old classics. Seriously, go listen to their first album and the original versions of those songs, you'll see what I mean. I actually didn't like the "Colony" album as much as the others, and I never thought "Embody the Invisible" was one of their best songs, but I don't hate it.

The revamped version of "Dead Eternity" on the 2nd album was totally kick-ass though, but it's just missing the mysterious atmosphere of the original one on the "Lunar Strain" CD, which by the way, is one of my favorite albums.

Damn, I haven't listened to In Flames in a while, time to go check out their new DVD. I gotta check if their new album has been leaked yet...
