If I don't kick myself in the ass like I did last year I might end up the same way.
But I plan to do all my work right when I get it this time round.

Seriously kids, senior year is nothing to fret about. I was a lazy cunt all year and I still passed with moderately good grades(I didn't even bother to try to get good grades after I got admitted at the college I wanted). Keeping B's shouldn't be hard at all, especially in the current American educational system. Unless you're taking an assload of classes you should've taken in your previous years(either classes that you failed or mandatory ones that you dropped). If you made your choices well over the years, this last year you'll probably only have to do retarted classes to gain what little more credits you need to graduate. Good luck.
Anyone else going to college and doesn't give a damn as well? :/
I found out that I don't have to go into school until 11:30 am. I have college classes from 8-10 am on MWF. I will be getting a bit more sleep this year.

I'm going to college but I am excited about it. I guess it helps that I'm going to Vancouver (I love that city and I was born there), and one of my best friends is going there as well.Originally Posted by Soeru
My school starts on September 6th, although it's more of an orientation day for freshmen. My first day of real classes is the 7th.
In my case, I didn't even need that...every class I had senior year, except one class for one semester, was for fun.Originally Posted by Soeru
Check. Moving in September 3, classes begin the next Monday. Gods, though...the situation here isn't nearly as bad as it was last year (or rather, not nearly so directly localized to home), but I am still looking forward badly to leaving for the big cities again. School, I couldn't care less about (well, I could, but it'd be rather difficult), but just leaving is enough to sell it.Originally Posted by Soeru
Why do Americans call college 'school'?
In college now, so don't have the school school.
Hate college.
Haven't seen Ding-a-Ling many days... but anyway: I have only 2 days for school... and my Little brother comes 6 years old in same day...
2 days ago I thought: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! SCHOOL!!!!!! The Summer Vacatiom emds!!! But now... blah.. The school still isn't SO awful, but there are very AWFUL people in school
... (and some friends for hope, too
)
I miss school. And I mean SCHOOL School, you AmericansI feel wicked. Wish I wasn't so nice. Demn, digressing again.

Why would there be a word called 'college' if it was called school?Originally Posted by Dictionarydotcom

No I don't.
Exactly why I said. I'm not in school anymore. But sometimes people think school is college so I assumed, and wrongly so, that this might be about college. That's why I asked to no one in particular.
