    Default What game is this?

Okay. I've seen plenty of screenshots for this game ( Can't find them off-hand, and the ones I can are no longer existing [ d6mn you 4chan! ] ), and I only have one working screenshot link left.

I have...No idea what this game is. But from what I've seen it looks like something I want to grab on Ebay or something. The working screenshot can be found here:

If it wasn't already obvious, I can tell you now that this game wasn't something for PSX. It's PS2/XBox/Gamecube quality.

If the link isn't working, or you simply can't view it. It's this...dude. With short white hair, a matching white uniform, and he has this gigantic white robotic thing behind him, it could be a gundam or something, I don't know. Apparently the name of this dude is 'Albedo' if that helps at all.

I know due to the lack of information and screenshots makes this a tough one to figure out, but if you can't help at all on it, then thats fine. Even guesses towards this would be helpful ( Yay google. I tried googling 'Albedo', and it gave me a bunch of useless junk I wasn't looking for, sadly ).

    Thanks again.

I googled Albedo and got some images... Your link didn't work for me, but what I got was the same white-haired guy with a mecha behind him... so what I'm trying to say is that it's some Xenosaga game, or what.

    edit:

So, is this the guy we're talking about?

I don't want to repeat that, really, but here's a link anyhow. Albedo Biasora? From Xenosaga?

Sorry for posting this in the wrong thread, I figured I would. Couldn't find where it'd go exactly.

Also, yeah. Thats the same exact picture, actually. So it's Xenosaga? Does that have anything to do with Xenogears?

When I went to the Xenosaga website ( www.xenosaga.com ) it looked like Xenogears. Probably because it used a turn-based battle system where battles were done in both gears, and as the characters themselves. This intrigues me, considering Xenogears is one of my favorite RPG's to date.

Does this have anything to do with Xenogears?

If not, is it anything like it?

I don't get money often, and I've been looking for a game to get. This one looks interesting enough, but I want to make sure of some things.

Xenosaga is a prequel series to Xenogears.

It is related, although it's nowhere near the caliber as Xenogears was (is). The main mastermind behind Xenogears is with Namco now, but Square-Enix still holds the rights to Xenogears.

It's already been officially announced that they are in no way connected. Xenogears was slated for sequels/prequels, but plans fell apart, and now we have a whole new design team.

Citan Uzuki has NO relation to Shion or Jin Uzuki of the new games. Just thought I'd clear that up.
