Right off the top of my head I've thought of half a dozen activities, and unless you're living in the middle of Siberia there's no reason why you can't partake in them. I'm not even going to comment on how pathetic it is that you feel a need to "lock" your computer during the daytime. Get actively involved in something I've suggested and within a week you'll feel refreshed, full of life and you won't even care about that box in the corner of the room. By all means play games if that's what you enjoy doing (why else would you be here? ), but if you're playing them 24/7 it's really not doing you any good at all.
well i read three books last week , i ran yesterday (idk i don't like running but i want to get fit so i'm working on it) , i don't like sports, i'm working on learning guitar, i have a summer job kinda .... and if you've read my other post i want to learn japanese :-p

i try to doo'em everyday but i suauly think o i should do that and instead of doing that i play a game....

Hmm... maybe try organising your time a bit better so you get the most out of your chosen activities? I know it's a drag but it really is a good way to overcome laziness. For example, if you're having trouble with any techniques on your guitar you should set aside an hour or two each morning to practise them, then maybe spend another hour jamming along to whatever songs you want to learn that particular day. Have your lunch, then work on your Japanese for a couple of hours. When you get tired and can't take in any more information, go for a walk to clear your head. When you get back, help your parents by doing some work around the house, then after dinner you can basically settle down and play games for as long as you want. Last but not least, when you finally go to bed you should try and read a book to calm you down. Your mind's gonna be spinning after all that gaming and you'll find it difficult to fall asleep because you're not relaxed. If you still have time try to spend just 10 minutes learning some more Japanese, because for me at least I always find that you remember things easier if you read them right before you go to sleep.

There you go, a basic routine. Of course, I don't know how much time your job takes up each day, but something along these lines should be relatively easy to follow. I know it's all easier said than done but I promise you this kind of method really does help. You'll feel much more active and you'll actually have the will to do things.

Yeah, I'll agree it's not easy to get out of a routine. But I often find that when I can't be bothered to do something, if I actually get up and do it then I usually find it fun and enjoyable. It takes a lot of willpower to break a routine if you've been doing it day in day out for a fair amount of time, this is one of the reasons I actually like going to school because your time is organised for you. You can't just say "Fuck it" and play Counterstrike for the afternoon. Maybe get your parents to help by encouraging and enforcing your new routine until you're comfortable with it? It'll take a week or so for you to become entirely accustomed to it, but once you get into the swing of things it'll come to you just as easily as waking up and switching on the computer does now.

I find the easiest and fastest way to make the highest amount of productivity in my life.
That goes with games as well, I find the easiest way to beat things and I enjoy the results and little work I put into it.

If you need to get something done, stop surfing the web, and especially don't stop by forums. Forums are a sure fire way to waste your time.
