Bloody hell, and I thought I was lazy.

The key word here is VARIETY! Try and get out of the house more, take up an extra hobby or two. Spend time with your friends, read a book, exercise, start playing a sport, teach yourself a musical instrument, get a summer job. Right off the top of my head I've thought of half a dozen activities, and unless you're living in the middle of Siberia there's no reason why you can't partake in them. I'm not even going to comment on how pathetic it is that you feel a need to "lock" your computer during the daytime. Get actively involved in something I've suggested and within a week you'll feel refreshed, full of life and you won't even care about that box in the corner of the room. By all means play games if that's what you enjoy doing (why else would you be here?

), but if you're playing them 24/7 it's really not doing you any good at all.
