yea, you got your gameplay death and your fmv/storyline death which are not the samething. The samething happens in FF6 with General Leo and many other RPG characters from other games.

Are the first five trailers good enough? These are all I could get, and they can be accessed on the site for the game. Just google Advent Children, and click the link that's related to Square.

BTW, I think it's getting a bit ridiculous that Square itself seems to think that they can't make good games anymore. That's why they're trying to profit off countless FF7-themed games/films/merchandise. And that's just sick.

Exactly. Advent Children and FFVII are in the spotlight now, so the best way to get money is to make games/movies/anything you can imagine related to it. FFVII is a good game, yes, but it gets just unnaturally too much attention nowadays... Before Crisis, Dirge of Cerberus, Last Order, and the FFVII they're planning for PS3... just to mention a few titles.

too much plot-analysis, pkt, I say it'll be more prudent just to expect a really cool movie with awesome CG and fight-scenes that kick all ass, because Square's movie plots have proven to be "meh."

Yeah, sorry... I think I was a bit irritated by the other theories at that site that went like:
"DA GUY IN DA WILCHAIR IZ SEPHIREZ CUZ HEZ DA KOOLST AN I GOTS EVRY MATERIAS SO I NOW IT"

That's true. I just hope they're not going to drag Quest along with them into death... I really would like to see more great games like Vagrant Story and Tactics Ogre... But seeing as how FF Tactics wasn't influenced much by Square, I'd say that FF XII won't suck just because it has to be a FF game, instead of a Yasumi Matsuno game.

Square-Enix updated their site from when I looked last, and it appears they added a new video which I thought was very impressive, so I can only hope for the best for this movie.

The two trailers on the official site are in English, the other trailers on the Japanese site have been translated by anime-fansub groups, so they're available through their Bittorrent trackers or via P2P applications. I'd bet a Google search would give you quite a few results, if not, just search with Kazaa, eMule, or DC++.

The Japanese version of the site has a lot more trailers , or so my sister said. I watched it, and I love it! She's going to get it for her birthday, just 2 days before it. It's something I would watch too, and I didn't follow FF7.

The official release date is 14th September 2005, but I guess this is for the Japanese version. About the US release... umm... I dunno.

Zero. By that time, they will have already done the english version, too. English voice acting, subtitles. Everything. But I believe Square said that the US version will have both English and Japanese sounds, while the Japanese one won't have English sounds, but more extra content. Some kind people will definitely rip those into AVI format sometime too, but you're going to have to wait for that.

It looks awsome! so...I hear it comes out on september 14th or 13th ( dont member) so is that just in japan or in america too? Cuz I want it as soon as possible. Nice theories too. And does anyone know anything about the new crisis core game?
