I believe that when guns are used correctly, they provide no threat to an innocent person. Of course, if you inncorrectly use guns, they will kill people.....but if you inncorrectly use a blender, I am pretty sure that you can kill someone with it. So basically don't punish the rest of the citizens from bearing arms just because some people don't know how to own guns.
