Different IP address

I see it in my connection status the IP 61.6.***.** and subnet mask is 255.***.***.*** but when I'm trying to access some sites, some websites shows a page that my IP address has been logged on this page several times and it shows my Ip address 202.1**.**.** which different in my connection status and it was my first time to access that page.

And some sites are limited for you to dl in the site. when I want to download my first file I want, it shows me that each IP can only have 50 downloads perday.
And thats end out I cant download the file, it makes me think that I'm not the only person who use this IP address.

So whats really wrong for my ip and is there a way for me to reset the ip address??

First of all, it's quite impossible that someone else (legally) has the same IP number as you. A little calculation: there are 3 digits per serie, and there are 4 series of numbers. Al the numbers go from 0-9. SO! You have 12 numbers, all from 0-9. Calculate 12E10 and you have 1.000.000.000.000 different IP-numbers. Of course, some aren't used but you still have a few billion left.
Second, it could be that the site is picking your modem or maybe your proxy server. I have that same problem with Znes, if I wanna play online. But it goes right on X-Box live.
So, I have no solution, but I'm sure that no one has the same IP as you do.
