Ive been thinking about the news of ppl being sued mostly because of music and/or movie downloading, but have ppl been sued over pirating pc games? What do u think? what are the odds?

There have been cases from pirating software, but it is not near as common as being charged from distributing movies or music, but that is mostly because they are shared more, and there are single associations for them, but not for games, so the game companies have a higher threshold to track down pirates.
    Have you seen me before?

Correction, I believe that the content industries sue you for uploading (distribution is the sole right of the copyright holder)

BT involves uploading, so its a risk you take with using a decent protocol.

Ive never heard of people being sued for warez, but maybe it just doesnt get put in the media as much.

Yeah, but that's only if you're actually involved in the scene.
If you're like 99.9% of the people who just use p2p to share their PC games, then the FBI won't be breaking down your door anytime soon.
    Probably.

As for getting sued for PC software, it might start happening more often given the success the RIAA & MPAA have had. But right now they usually only send warning letters if you get caught sharing video games.

Although I heard that Disney likes to take people's money.

I think it's distributing business software where you have an increased chance of being sued, but I'm not sure about that. I've never personally heard of anyone getting sued for sharing either, but I wouldn't be surprised if that has happened occassionally.

Well, I once read about this somewhere, can't remember everything clearly, but the man lost quite a huge amount of money because of his collection of illegally obtained PC games.

No. That's why there isn't a full prison in the world.
