Forgive my lack of common sense, but what does home town mean? The place where you belong to, or the place where you've been brought up in/born in/lived a major part of your life in?

If I put down all the places I have just stated, they would be too many. I am concoction of too many places.
I was born in Pune, Maharashtra. Have been living in Bangalore and then New Delhi and now in Gurgaon, which are in Karnataka, Delhi and Haryana, respectively. I have spent most of my years in Delhi, which is the capital city of India. And if it means where I belong to. It could be Lahore, Pakistan/Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh/Gujarat. So this is all very confusing.
But I think I would still say I belong to Delhi. So anyway.
