Heres a challenge unlock Devil Kazuya on Tekken 1.

To do this you must beat the Galaga game at the start up of Tekken with all perfects.

I did this but it took a lot of practice.

There's a video floating around the net of a Mario 64 speed run done in something like 26 minutes...

Here's the challenge:

Find a way to beat Mario 64 with only 16 stars. If you find the video, you'll know how.

Best thing is, this one actually works on a real N64 with no cheat devices. You DO need to exploit glitches, but it's the game's own programming errors, so I see it as perfectly fine.

My current best seems to be about 40 minutes (I suck at taking MIPS out of the basement, and going up the stairs backwards into the area with Rainbow Ride and Tick Tock Clock sometimes gives me trouble).

collect all 291 trophies in super smash bros melee (hard)
get gold medals on rouge squadron 2 on ace mode (very hard)
get 120 shines im mario sunshine (easy)
complete all 16 championships in mario kart double dash (very easy)
get all the emblems in sonic adventure 2 battle (normal)
