use an original game to do the disk swap with. original PSX games can be obtained for pennies on ebay
Try iplite (I think that's what it is called)
I think it's called ImportPlayer Light.
You can get a few bootdiscs here
http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_utils_bootcd.shtml
do you just burn these and pop them in?
Well no...Originally Posted by gilrules2000
You have to use a boot method, (Modchip, boot disk, swaptrick), to boot a burnt Boot disk.
thanks for the replies everyone i have tried import player lite in the past and it seemed to work well...as for a regular psx game anyone know one with a large toc?
so then why get one instead of using those methods?Originally Posted by GundamGuy
I believe Cyber told me that the TOC does not matter when your booting on a PSX... It only matters when your booting on a PS2.Originally Posted by dangwoot
Not sure myself though...
The ones i used without problems in the past:Originally Posted by dangwoot
