Here is GameFox, but I've never tried it.
I commonly use Adblock, great for blocking ads and pop-ups & -unders that Firefox doesn't normally catch. I absolutely can't stand using other peoples' computers with IE. I think I grind my teeth for each pop-up I see.
I also use All-in-One Gestures for just a few simple reasons. It allows me to reload a page by holding the right mouse button and moving up-down-up and release. Instant reload! Also down-right closes the current tab. Up-left and up-right cycles one tab in either direction. I also have up-down-up-down set to Translate Page, for those few foreign pages I visit.
Image Zoom allows any picture to be resized with a right-click menu. Zoom in, zoom out, Image fit, etc. Also handy.
That's all for now.
I like ForecastFox, and Flashget. Just go by the most popular extensions, or the most downloaded.
I use ForcastFox, Foxy Tunes, Easy Gestures, Download Status Bar, and Link Preview.
Those are my extensions with small definitions:
Adblock v.5 d2 * nightly 39
Blocks ads and every publicity in webpages
Download Manager Tweak 0.6.5

Gmail Notifier 0.4.2

Nuke Anything 0.2

Firefox view 0.31.1
Possibility to open the webpage you are browsing using internet explorer in firefox. Just incase i started the wrong browser.
Flashgot 0.5.7.7
Adds Flashget and other download managers support for firefox.
Disable targets for downloads 0.8
Disable blank window opening for downloads.
xMirror 0.1.1
Creates a dropdown list that will add 3 new extension mirrors.
ieview 0.86
Possibility to view the current page or a link in internet explorer, useful if the site ain't ffox compatible.

Select the last focused tab when closing the one you were browsing.
User Agent switcher 0.6.3
Ability to switch the user agent of firefox, thus making websites think you're an internet explorer user or else...
spooFX 0.3
Ahem, make your way thru passworded sites, sometimes.
refspoof 0.6
Same, but as a bar format, also more complete. I wonder why i still use spooFX to be honest.
Hey got a few extensions.![]()
Okay, so now I will d/l a few of those that I think are the best. Gmail is number 1 tho.
Don't forget the 4chan toolbar. What?

Get Adblock to block whatever ad may get through.
As for gestures, Easy Gestures is nice but tough on the resources since it uses a pie-like GUI, just some fancy shit. So get Mouse Gestures, that one works fast and the gestures are easy to remember(not to mention customizeable).
The Gmail notifier is a nice thing to have. Btw, if you need a Gmail account, feel free to ask for an invite. Use the Gmail notifier in conjunction with Webmail Compose which handles mailto: links with Gmail instead of Outlook or something.
Ieview is a must, some pages just won't load normally in FF, so you can click to view the page in IE in the context menu with that plugin.
Also get the Download Manager Tweak and the Download Statusbar thing if you like its appearance.
Paste Quote is a nice extension for us forumers that are lazy, lets you paste whatever text you have copied with the quote tags.
Also get Image Zoom. It may interfere with tab flipping if you set image zoom to be used with right click and mwheel though...
Media Player Connectivity is a nice thing if you hate the player plugins out there, lets you play streams directly into the player of your choice.
If you ever come across a site with a ton of download links in one page, downloadTHEMall! will prove to be quite useful.
And if you're a webdeveloper, get your hands on the webdeveloper toolbar, but for that you might as well just get Opera...
Those are pretty much all the ones I have.
Someone mentioned Opera finally so I didn't have to do it firstOriginally Posted by Soeru
If you don't want to mess up with dozen plug-ins, get Opera. It has the feautres ready
For those using Firefox: update to 1.0.2 now, as there was found a critical hole in 1.0.1 that lets malicious code to be run on your system. That much of the security...
Have you seen me before?
I really like "Copy plain text."
can some one explain a tad more on the SpooFX plug in?
The IRC plugin has gotten pretty good (does file sends, can act as an f-serve client and has nice CSS-based themes...)
If you don't know about website spoofing, then you don't need this one.Originally Posted by Goblin
And refspoof is the best, so that's the one you should get.
Hmmmm, I haven't spoofed for quite some timeMay pick up that plug
BGM Conductor > Turn off or on background music
Gcache > Load stuff from the google cache
Wayback > Same as above but from the wayback archive
Paste and go > Paste a URL and go to it without pressing enter
Gcache and wayback are really useful when a site has gone down and you want some precious informations. I had them, but they dissapeared (porlly when installing a newer version) and i forgot about them.
Thanks!
