mmm,nop there are other skins in your dashboard i think theres other 2,just click in the skins option,as for the memory card i havent tried to transfer normal files like that using it but i supose you cant since it only accepts save files,i suggest the ftp, is very easy and i can help you here if you want

edit-i remembered a way to have more skins but youll need the autoinstaller 2.6 it installs various aplications to your xbox including more skins ,but becareful since the autoinstaller will not let you use your ms dashboard again until you format your hd with the same disk to retail

edit2-this is another idea i have ,since your xbox can read unsigned code now theres a posibility that if you burn your skins to a cd or dvd dot know if the cd will work though,and then after that just insert it in your xbox and browse the d drive,after that just pull the skins to your skin folder
