I choose to live because it is, presumably, a damn sight better than the alternative. A cartesian view is the one I choose, in life, the only surety is self - without self (or indeed, life) the idealogy behind Heaven/Hell, reincarnation, etc is based purely on assumption and archaic religious beliefs. I choose to live because the unsurety of not existing is beyond my comprehension, and like anything thats in that falls into that catagory, is best left ignored. Like time and space. Like quantam physics. Like your mum, etc etc.
