And just when you thought they were bad enough, they think of something more retarded than the X-Box. Nice. Once again, the internet is the only thing they've got going for em'. Windows was ok, I suppose it isn't bad, but it's not very good either. Anyway... I just imaginied a 70 year old man in a nursing home saying "pewned." Also, where did this start? I understand how in Online games during PVP if someone killed another guy, he would say "You just got owned" but pwned?

It was probably a typo, much like "teh". The 'O' key is right next to the 'P' key, and whoever originated the word "pwn", probably typed in the 'P' on accident. That's right, one of the most widely used 1337-speak terms likely originated because he hit the 'P' key on accident.

I've always just pronounced things:
pwn - pawn
teh - um... teh noise? (eh sounding like edge instead of ee)
pr0n - prawn. <3 (If you ever see "El Prawn" in a game, it's me!)
