Just in case if you didn't know, Lordi is from Finland.

To/Die/For - Little Deaths

I'm going into a period of gothic rock/metal again... woo.

Tobias Sammet is actually one of my favorite guys when it comes to Power Metal, he's contributed alot of great shit. Edguy, Aina, Tobias Sammet's Avantasia, Final Chapter... did I miss anything? One of my favorite Edguy-songs, this is.

Never heard on Edguy (edit: corrected)

A moment ago I listened to Last Dungeon midi from FFVII. The best Final Fantasy music ever.
Right now is going Solid Base - Stay with me

For those FF musics, I have all FF7 and FF8 musics as Squaresoft's original MIDI files
FF7 are normal .mid files, but FF8 musics are DX-midi segment files, .sgt. They need a special player, but I have converted most of them to MP3's

Start now then. Key To My Fate, The Ubeliever and Vain Glory Opera is 3 songs you need to hear.

John Zorn's Naked City - Cairo Chop Chop

Crazy. Just the way I like it.

Yeah, great typo when trying to write in dark. Maybe I need to get that... sometime.

Now listening, once again, the current favourite: Solid Base - Love. This just is so good. Can't nothing about it. (There is one bad thing, it is only 3:27)

Yeah it's Dream Theater, Soeru.

Isis - From Sinking

Awesome metal/noise/hardcore/slowcore/post rock/drone rock, from my faovurite Isis release, Oceanic of 2002...

Have you heard Pelican? Kind of similar to them, with all the droning. But much better, and much broader, really great band.

Slint - Breadcrumb Trail

From Spiderland, the first post rock album ever made, and one of the best. They bear a heavy influence on Unwound and The 90 Day Men...

Sunn O))) - Richard

I saw someone write "drone", and I thought of this band. Try listening through Void at high volume without getting a headache afterwards. Impossible. Drone Doom is the best kind of boring, indeed.

edit: Insania - Sunrise In Riverland

Listen to that song and then afterwards, listen to Gamma Ray - Man On A Mission. Quite similar, eh?

Vomitory - Blessed and Forsaken

Less brutal than some of the more brutal death metal bands from US

Deep Purple - Child In Time

Woo, Deep Purple is coming to my town! And guess what, my town is the only one in Norway they're going to play in! I'm so going to be there.

Steve Morse plays with Deep Purple now! That'll be kick ass! He may not have written their stuff, but he is one of the best guitarists to ever live!

Converge - Love As Arson

Franz Ferdinand - The Dark of the Matinee

I got introduced to this through Burnout 3 and my brothers. Both my little brother keeps singing their songs, so I'm addicted to them as well now...

Converge, eh? I got two albums lying on my HD (Jane Doe and You Fail Me), someone please remind me that I will be listening through those albums tomorrow.
