Hey, that's wierd. I found that exact same article and posted it on another message board. Sucks for cable users.

Interesting. I hate to say it but this doesn't really suprise me. And as much as I dislike it, I'm pretty sure they'll end up implementing it. It won't stop P2P though, it'll simply slow it down.

Hm.. Well first off, nice to see another Sage besides myself around here.
Secondly.. That's an annoying thing to read, Especially since Charter is my Cable ISP.. *sigh*
Oh well, it doesn't bug me so much that it stops piracy (that's really a good thing in it's own way)
But the fact I use up a lot of bandwidth just naturally by transfering everyday files..
If I lose that i'll go crazy.. I can't afford to pay anything more than I currently am.

    DSL Anyone?

Must suck to have cable now, maybe you'll find a DSL ISP in your area. Like me.

That article only applies to the US right??? Not other countries right?

I would think it applies everywhere, though it has yet to happen so I wouldn't worry.. yet..
Again I don't mind it slowing down warez but.. I can't afford my bandwidth limit to go down.
