Alkonost - War is Closed by Us

Excellent track off the self-titled album. Just listen to the intro! A totally awesome high pitched riff taking turns along with accoustic breaks, which later accompanies the screeches and growls (ie vocals), which sound good and perfectly fitting for their style.

Finntroll - Bakom varie fura

I can love this piece also. All with just nice speedy music are usually good.

An old Irish Song - Genko Suikoden Celtic Collection

A nice tune, I think music should invoke at least some sort of emotion within your soul, and this does it marvelously

Edguy - The Pharaoh

Can't get this song out of my head...
"I start to think there really is no cure for depression, that happiness is an ongoing battle, and I wonder if it isn't one I'll have to fight for as long as I live. I wonder if it's worth it."

Tales of Destiny II(Tales of Eternia) -- Celestia Battle

Pretty cool song, really. I've got a few different remixes of it as well.

Behemoth - Decade ov Therion (live)

The Conjuration EP is a very cool treat for Behemoth fans like myself, it has a few covers and a bunch of live songs. This live recording is excellent, captures their energy on stage, but there's nothing like actually being there to watch them tear shit up.

Converge - Hell To Pay

They toy with the indie-post-math-rock stylings of early Slint in this track, awesome song, and a great buildup to the rifftastic, throat burning Homewrecker.

Why do you all not have Jane Doe?...

Gates of Ishtar - Battles To Come

Melo death bands from Sweden always gets over shadowed by In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, At The Gates which I think is pretty sad -__-

Papa Roach - Between Angels and Insects

I was just going trhough a few CD's that I burnt off a couple of summers back, and having turned this up, I really had forgotten what an awesome song it really is. A really charged song, it invokes a string of emotions, one of which is a funny desire to jump through my window and headbang in front of an old person.

In Flames - Murders in the Rue Morgue(live in Tokyo)

What was that, FS? This is an Iron Maiden cover... Anders fucks it up a bit... oh well. Their Depeche Mode and Metallica covers(including Ceremonial Oath's Metallica covers) make up for this crappy cover.

Jeez, Papa Roach used to be all I listened to in the past. Though now I really don't like them, I loved their energetic riffs. Their last album's title track sucked ass though.

It's just that they are a lot of better melo death bands from Sweden rather than the usual In Flames, Dark Tranquillity and At The Gates

Sacrilege - Torment Of Life
