On another note, I'm not going to sit here and analyze videogames for possible stereotypes because I'm ashamed of my genitals. I shall now step out of this thread and do something productive. Such as masturbate.

In case you missed it the first time.

Actually, Barret had 3 or 4 weapons that were considered "melee".
if u put him in the back row he'd do half damage when they were equipped.
the only one i can recall exactly was the spiked ball.
Yes, its a gun mounted on his arm, but i guess he can modify for it anything lol

OK xRavenx i think the reason you were thinking it was a stereo type was because it is stereotypical censorship

yeah, i'm just glad after barret, no other (that i know of) black characters in video games (again, that i know of) have taken up stereo typical traits. as dave chappelle mentioned in his last stand up, things like how blacks like fried chicken, weed, watermelon, "grape drink" which to dave most blacks in ghetto's get instead of actual grape juice.

um, In Xenogears the girl who joins you late is so hot, but she's you typhical boobjob. I think it's unfair that the fiance in the beginning gets so little attention, she's a natural beauty after all. She just says hi and then she dies, so sad.....

I don't know you, you're not my friend.

Which is why I started it. There's way to little stuff like that going on around here.

There's also not enough viagra using in Videogames, what are they, superhumans?

    They're just not like you

But maybe having sexual stereotypes in games is still kind of forbidden thing in people's minds. But surely it will come too eventually.

Well one thing I came across was that mario was one of those sort of games apperntly where "you had to save the helpless princess again and again"

Maybe not sexual stereotype, but certainly implying that women are helpless. Food for thought.
