Hmm... nonody posted here for a loooong time. This game must be unknown for most us here... I, too, have no idea, I only found an old Konami game called Metamorphic Force, but I'm 100% sure that's not it. So, the reason for me posting here is... khm... we should start again with a new picture maybe, or else this thread will die slowly. So, if anyone wants to continue playing in this thread, maybe linkinkampf should tell us the name and post a new pic, or somebody else post a new one. But that's just a suggestion.

Hmm... could be a Finaly Fantasy game for SNES... but that would be too easy. Well, the graphics really look like a SNES rpg... Let's say I'm almost sure it's a SNES rpg. And is this pic in a cavern? Sorry about that everybody. I didn't realize it was such a tough game to guess, but since we have all moved on, here is the answer:

Metamoqester (without a "u")
It was in the arcade around 1995 and was by Banpresto and Pandorabox.

If you ever get a chance to play this game, do so, because it is pretty sweet when you go one-on-one against a huge monster.


As for this game Chaos posted, I have a feeling it is Beyond Oasis. But then again, you siad it was an SNES game, so I'll agree with Cyber and say Tales of Phantasia.
