I can imagine what the game looks like (after zooming the image 300 % in Opera) but I haven't seen that game. An adventure or RPG it is for a console, propably SNES or GBA.

Use whatever image manipulating program (not MS Paint). Some are Paint Shop Pro, Gimp and Photoshop. You can do those tricks most often using "Effects" and selecting one you like.

For a more (basic?) info: save the modified image as JPG and send it here as attachment, if it is small enough. If it is bigger than (maybe 97 kB), you have to store it on external server like imagebucket.com. Then add a link to that image (or if you attached it, the link will be automatically created)

Huh, that would help many people who don't know how to manipulate images and/or post them here.
