    Avulsed - 4 N Sick

Excellent gore metal. It's a shame that Avulsed doesn't have that groovy drumming anymore, the new drummer sounds more like a standard death metal drummer. Nothing wrong though, he's pretty fucking good, I just miss Funri's groove which made Avulsed easily distinguishable from other death metal bands. This little pebble doesn't stop Avusled from being an incredibly kickass band though.

One complaint I do have is the recording quality, it's not as good as the previous album ("Yearning for the Grotesque").

    In Flames - Scorn

Man, it feels like ages since the last time I listened to the Colony album. What a great fucking album that was... and still is. It feels rather refreshing after not having listened to the later In Flames material in a while. This album has some awesome melodic leads, which most people associate In Flames with. In Flames = crunchy rythmical riffs + a layer of melodic solos/leads + simple or thrashy drumming. Hence why the band owns you.

    DEP - The Perfect Design

Best song ever for the time being. The first 18 seconds rocks harder than most other things.

King Crimson - The Great Deciver

Discovering another King Crimson album, I do it very slowly, this is the third one I've really "listened" to. Starless And Bible Black is the name of it by the way...

90 Day Men - A National Car Crash

Trying some non Panda Park material. Good, but in comparison to PP, an absolute shodfest...

    Sunn O))) - Richard

Put on a headset and turn the volume up. You'll be dead in 2 minutes. Drone Doom makes me dizzy...

    Immortal - Damned in Black

God, this album rules! I think I enjoyed this one even more than "At the Heart of Winter"... fo shizzle.

Howie, what's up with the score for "Nihility"? It kicked ass! Sure, not as technical as "Winds of Creation", but it only had 2 or 3 bad songs... Why didn't you like it?

It was... boring? I also feel the album was incredibly short (checked on MA, 35 minutes. It felt shorter... meh).

    Edenbridge - Shine

The most boring power-metal song ever? Oh yes. Yes indeed. Cake?

edit: Aaah, getting the newest Hammerfall-song now. Hopefully, this is much better than Hearts On Fire.

White Zombie - I Am Hell

The sight of Howie's sig made me dig up my old-ass "Beavis and Butthead: The Experience" compilation CD. Had some good tracks from Megadeth, Nirvana, Cher and Aerosmith *gasp* It was where I heard my first Megadeth track(99 ways to die) and this White Zombie song.

Pretty crunchy, for a while I thought this was what death metal was like when I was much younger. Not too far off... well, maybe. A shame that Rob Zombie has pretty much always sucked

Solitude Aeturnus - Pawns of Anger

Great doom metal here. The band deserves more spotlight than it's getting.

The Black Mages - Those Who Fight Further (Final Fantasy VII)

The greatest FF-song ever. The boss-battle theme, for those who didn't know.
