Josh - Can you give me a link to get the OGG Plugin. And when I try and use CDBX and put wma files on, it always says "Unknown Error". So im guessing its because I dont have the OGG Plugin...right?

Edit://Is there anyway to change a .wma into a .mp3. And one more question, how do I get rid of a music protection. Cause now its doin it to me also.

I'm not too sure how to get rid of the protection other then to get the license from microsoft, to change wma to Mp3 there are one or two winamp output plug-ins that should do the trick. You should be ab;e to find it via google if not I'll look for one for you.

heres my problem.. im playing final fantasy 7 and im at the part where you have to put the combo into the safe in 20 seconds so you can get vincent.. when i played this game on playstation it only took me a few tries.. but now that im doing it on epsxe i've been trying for about an hour.. i think maybe it goes by really fast or something i dont know.. has anyone had a similar problem?

Have you got the right code? or is it that the Timer is fast? sorry I just need to verify this, If its a case its too fast even though you are on the proper frame rate, you could always slow the game down to about 40 fps then savestate after you've done the safe and put the fps back up to 60 I'm presuming the game is NTSC.

Hi. There was no "can't post" thread in the suggestions/comments section, so here it goes. There is a problem with the Sega 32x roms in the rom area. I log in like normal, using the passcode provided, but I can't seem to download the 32x roms. Goodsets adn other roms work fine, but I get a "530 anonymous privileges error" when trying to download the 32x roms. I found a similar problem when searching the forums from back in August, but it said the problem would eventually be fixed. If there is any info or solution to this oddity, please help. Thanks for the unbelievable atmosphere and quality that is provided here, and for the excellent BT DLs. Good luck, long live EP, and RIP Suprnova.

hey im having another problem in FF7.. i just went back to golden saucer to get the keystone and im entering the battle arena place.. but as soon as the battle starts the screen just stays black and freezes up.. my video plugin is gpuspeopssoft any suggestions?

ok, this problem has come up more then once. though I never really saw a real solution given, well, umm for starters. You can take advantage of special game fixes in the following graphics plug-ins

Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6
Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.75, Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.75 or Pete's D3D Driver 1.75

Also try the odd/even hack, that might fix it.

Also Squaresoft games for some reason don't work as well in the newer version of ePSXe (1.6.0) I would suggest 1.5.2, it shouldn't effect your save state. I'll have a look arounds to see if there's anything else on this.

i would use Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6 but it has never worked on my computer.. as soon as the game starts up the program closes.. im assuming if i get Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6 working then it would fix the problem because of the special game fix

ok i got Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.6 to work.. it was the nvidia/win xp fix that i've never noticed before.. and i turned on the special game fixes (the ff7 and odd/even hack) and i still have the same problem
