Pink Floyd - Echoes

They are, without a shadow of a doubt, the greatest band to listen to when you want to relax and fall asleep, as I have done on several occasions this week at college.

Chronic Future - World Keeps Spinning...
Dude's rap style on this song is so sick. He's not a real rapper, but he does his thing and he does it well enough to pass as one.

*Edit: Damn "Twice in a Row" rule.

Yasunori Mitsuda - Last Batlle (from the Xenosaga OST)

Last Battle has a unique sound which makes it stand out from other battle themes. Mitsuda did great on this one.

Demons and Wizards - Fiddler on the Green

I'm on a Blind Guardian obsession this week. Knowing this album had their vocalist and Iced Earth's guitarist, it HAD to be good. And my god, this collaboration is ungodly. Excellent lyrics and top instrumental work make Fiddler one of the best metal ballads I've heard. =]

D.R.I. (Dirty Rotten Imbeciles) - Dealing With It

Punkish Thrash (like S.O.D, C.O.C and M.O.D). The vocals in this album is pretty bad, but everything else is good. Especially the drums.

Game Over - Cataclysmic Clash

A class remix of a megaman 3 & 2 tune with heavy metal guitars

Winds is great, buy "Reflections of the I/Eye" (can't remember the title). Superb norwegian music.

Manticora - Playing God

Good track from their latest album (8 Deadly Sins). Everyone at a metal-hub kept yapping about how good "Darkness With Tales To Tell" was, but in my opinion it was boring stuff. 8 Deadly Sins owns it's ass. Hard. Slow. Painfull. Ah.

I think I'll download that D&W album... now! It features one guitarist and the drummer from Iced Earth, and if Hansi Kursch is on vocals... my god, it must rule. Funny how the other guitarist's name is Jim Morris...

In Flames - Jester Script Transfigured

It has been a while since I've listened to In Flames. Ah, they still sound great to me.
Melodies so sweet, they make my teeth ache.

Damn right. It's in my opinion much better than any of the releases by Iced or Guardian. Much better. (A new D&W album is out next year, folks.)

Devil Doll - The Girl Who Was... Death

Possibly one the greatest songs/albums (it's a 35 long song with some silence in the end) ever. Haven't listened much to his other releases other than this and The Sacrilege of Fatal Arms. The cover artwork is kinda funny, too bad my version it only has a boring Devil Doll-logo and text on it ...

Fun fact: When you insert this CD into your CD-player, it says it's 1 hour, 6 minutes and 6 seconds long. Meaning; 66:6. Awesome.

Heh, cool length.
D&W is better than any BG or IE release? Please, assist me in cleaning up the floor from my saliva.

Necrophagist - Extreme Unction

Hard to believe that only one mofo recorded "Onset of Putrefaction", when it's something this complex and awesome. The bass is perfectly audiable and awesome-sounding, the riffs own, and the drumming is just incredible. The singing also kicks ass, but sadly it's hard to make out the lyrics since they aren't extremely well-written, and Muhammed has a huge German accent, but this is nothing really. The album is one of my favorites of all time.

A Tribe Called Quest - Award Tour

The sexiest hip-hop combo ever. This song is almost as awesome as Can I Kick It?

Heh, I've heard of this one.

Demons & Wizards - Heavens Denies

Whoa, I just realized I already had this in my music folder! That's what happens when you download full discographies from eMule, you get a bunch of extra shit thrown in! Damn this is awesome, I can easily tell that it's Kursch on vocals and that guy from Iced Earth on the guitar. Shit, this rules, faster than Blind Guardian...
