In Flames - December Flower
The first 30 seconds were a huge turnoff at the first listen. But god, this song gets better with age. The riffs that kick in on 00:30 are orgasmic in every sense of it.
Decapitated - Nihility
Fuck yes! This band kick unimaginable quantities of ass. Any fan of death metal should get this album(same as the song title), but it's not just exclusive to DM fans. It might be a good introduction to the genre for people who don't listen to this kind of music, their previous albums were way too technical and would certainly turn most people off.
Their last 2 albums might appeal to a more general audience, but by no means are the commercial or even melodic. Brutal as fvck.
